You must give me credits (@xtokiowo) of the model, emotes or work that you have commissioned when you post them on your social networks.

I retain the rights to use the artwork for my portfolio, meaning I won't use the drawing for personal gain and I won't sell it to anyone else, but I will use it as an example of my work.

I reserve the rights of canceling / decline your order If I don't feel comfortable drawing it or if I have no time in the momment.

Using my works as NFTS and AI is STRICTLY prohibited.

I only accept payment through Paypal or KO-FI.

I only accept USD as a payment currency (I do not accept trades, devianart points or art as a means of payment).

I will not start your commission until 50% of the commission or more is paid.

I accept a payment plan, as long as the payment is greater than $120 per month.

Refunds are not accepted after the sketch.

I do not accept any external link as a payment method, I send an invoice and you pay it.

Please provide enough references or ideas before we can start with your commission.

My delivery time varies in a range from 1 to 4 months depending on your order (if they are emotes, Vtuber Model, etc.), also on its complexity and the queue.

I will finish your order as quickly as I can, however please be aware that other things may come up and interrupt work, but I will always let you know if something comes up and there is a delay with the commission.

I will keep you updated on every step of the process (sketch, line-art, coloring, final render) and ask you for feedback and confirmation.

You can message me requesting updates, but please do not message me every 2 days asking about progress, keep in mind that I may have to finish other comms before yours.

In case of partial payment, I will deliver the .PSD file once the full payment has been made.

The files will be sent by Mail or Google Drive depending on the size.

It has 3 free revisions and they will only be valid in the sketch phase (the sketch will also be with a flat color base so that you can also make changes in color), if you want to have more revisions, they will have an additional cost.

Sometimes there are errors in my work, if you detect an error I will correct it for free without affecting your remaining revisions.

If you want to have any correction after the sketch phase, it will have an additional fee and the price will depend on how advanced the work is.

When you buy a work from me you obtain the commercial rights of the work(s) (Commercial use is any reproduction or purpose that is marketed, promoted, or sold and incorporates a financial transaction).

I retain the copyright of the artwork.

You cannot claim the artwork as your own work.

You can sell my art as long as you let me know and sell it at the same price or less than what you bought it for (you must also give me credits when selling it).
